Our belief is that these processes are not completely random. Tlaloc, God of the Rain, is more than just the personification of the storm; he represents an Intelligence that, to an extent at least, controls the storms and the rains. What sort of Intelligence this is we cannot say. We do believe, and we feel we have evidence from the world around us, that there are such intelligences.
