Yeah, man... a good sharp blade goes in so easy you wouldn't believe it... if the blade is good enough, sharp enough, there won't be any bleeding at all right away, it'll block the opening nicely, it might even be hard to pull out.

'Course, there'll be a lot of blood when I do pull it out...
