First of all: the music you've been listening to around here is composed and performed by Sam Leo, and therefore damnwell copyright Sam Leo, all right reserved whatever. It was performed originally with native instruments and then approximated as well as possible using the General MIDI sound palette. It's close. Conch-shell horns don't sound quite that much like French Horns, but it'll do.
Second: A lot of the Aztec/Mesoamerican material presented here, while not inaccurate, is based on my (Sam Leo's) interpretation of things. A lot of what's directly stated is at least controversial within the field. As an example, just about all Mesoamericanists believe that Xochipilli and Centeotl are the same God. Only a few think he's identical with Xipe Totec. I'm one of the few, so Xam says he is, period. The point is, if you're doing a research paper you'd best confirm things elsewhere, otherwise your prof's gonna look at you funny.
