Imagine the Marquis (the Web guy, not the infamous Frenchman) a year after suffering a massive brain injury. He's been out of his coma almost a week now, but he still needs full-time nursing care to help him feed himself and use the toilet and wipe the drool from his chin. He's sitting in his bath playing as best he can with a couple of Barbie dolls somebody left there.
