I'm surprised you'd be concerned about discussing it with shrinks. They know about such things, understand them, and could lose their license if they fail to respect your privacy.
I discussed my fantasies extensively with the first shrink I had--right after my first marriage broke up. I guess I was rediscovering my sexuality.
I'm currently seeing another therapist (American medical insurance--change your job, change your doctors), and while I've mentioned my perversions, I haven't talked about them at length. My current problems aren't sexual.
