A gorgeous brunette walked along the back lots of the CBS studios. With her long brown locks, big deep brown eyes, and full pouty lips it was hard not to recognize Amber Tamblyn. She was dressed in a tight red blouse and skin tight faded jeans, which clung to her curvaceous body almost like a second skin. She had just finished shooting for the day and was trying to sneak home early. She heard a faint puff of air behind her and stiffened.
"Hope that wasn't a gun." Amber thought to herself.
She hadn't even finished before she felt a sharp stinging pain in her left hip. A look of pain crossed her face as she turned her upper body and looked down at a small red dart stuck in her hip.
"Tranquili..." Amber moaned as she crumpled.
The next thing Amber knew she was lying on her belly in a bed. She was a little chilly and she didn't know why. She lay on a sheet which felt like satin, and another sheet lay over her body up to her shoulder blades. Amber rolled over on her side and flipped the sheet off of her, it was then she realized why she was so cold. Her blouse, jeans, shoes and socks were gone and she now wore only her white bra and panties. She sat up and lay her foot down on the concrete floor and recoiled.
"Sorry for the cold Amber Rose, but it's hard to heat a deserted warehouse without attracting attention." a man's voice said.
She was still a little loopy from the tranquilizer so she didn't mind that when she saw him he wore a black ski mask. She tried to stand up and fell back to the bed. He caught her hand and lay his other hand on her back.
"You're still feeling the effects of the drug, just lay back and take it easy for a while." he said as he sat down on a stool beside the bed.
He lifted her legs up onto the bed and she smiled as she lay back. She closed her eyes, but opened them again when he lay his hand on her belly just above her navel.
"Do you play any sports?" he asked.
"That's none of your business." Amber complained.
"You're right it's not, but I noticed when you calmed down that you're an asynchronis breather."
"A what?" Amber asked.
"As you breathe your belly moves in and out with the action instead of your chest. It's actually suppose to be healthier, but it won't be so good for you."
"Why?" Amber asked.
"The reason you're here, Amber, is an execution. It's unfortunate, but someone paid quite a bit of money to have you put out of the way."
"You can't be serious." Amber gasped, but the trembling of her lower lip told that she knew he was.
"I am, and whoever this is stipulated in the contract that you are to die the most painful way possible: gutshot."
Amber stiffened and closed her eyes tightly. She let out an audible gasp as he wiped away tears that were beginning to form in the corners of her eyes.
"This is one job that I wish I hadn't taken. If I had my choice I would let you live to a ripe old age, or if I had to kill you a single shot behind the ear it's quick and painless. Whoever hired me must not like you very much because the way they want you to die will be slow and you'll suffer more than any person should."
He lay his hand on her forehead and used his thumb to open her eyelids and look into her eyes.
"The drug has worn off now. Shall we get this over with?" he said.
