Jenny's Last Sleepover -- Part IV: Rachael and Jenny

As He uncuffed them and placed the handcuffs back in His bag, Jenny wondered what His Games now held in store for them. He drew from the bag two matching antique daggers, their handles set with garnets -- Jenny's birthstone, she thought ironically.
"Now ladies, for this to work, you need to lose the kimono and the nightgown, please."
Rachael slipped the kimono from her shoulders and stood in her thong, with a defiant but faraway stare in her eyes. Jenny peeled the sheath off and stood naked. He laid the daggers on the floor and stepped back. "Now ladies, this is a fight to the death. One of you will survive your encounter and win these Games. Not to seem petty, but I will be holding the gun should you consider using those lovely weapons on anyone but each other. Remember ladies, this does not end until one of you is dead."
Jenny looked at Rachael as if to ask "what shall we do" but was frozen by the look in Rachael's eyes -- half-crazed by the horror of what she had seen and half by her instinct to survive, but crazed no less. Rachael seized the dagger and stood in an aggressive pose as if she were posing for a photo shoot. Jenny knew then that Rachael would kill her to survive. Jenny picked up her dagger and suddenly saw all. This was her fantasy, was it not -- peril, violent, bloody death? It was what she had fantasized about, but now faced it from a blade in the hand of her friend, not some imaginary lover/killer. No, she thought: He's here, too.
Rachael lunged at Jenny, swiping with the dagger. The attack sliced Jenny's belly ever so slightly, but drew blood. She stepped as close to Rachael as she dared.
"It's OK, Rache -- kill me. But USE that dagger; slaughter me, butcher me. Destroy me. It's what I've dreamed of."
"Whatever Jenny. I'm getting out alive." He smiled at Rachael's assertion.
Rachael lunged again. Jenny was prepared to take the blow, but instinctively stepped back. When she did, she stumbled over the legs of the dead Gina and felt herself falling. She landed face down on top of Marcie's body. Rachael closed in for the kill, diving toward the fallen Jenny. Moving with pure instinct, Jenny rolled off of Marcie, onto her back and raised the dagger, holding the handle with both hands. Rachael saw this and tried to stop her lunge, but momentum carried her forward, dagger raised. Jenny's dagger caught Rachael just under the sternum and thrust upward. Rachael flailed, trying to bury her dagger in Jenny. Jenny felt Rachael's feet pushing against her own, trying to push her closer. She never knew a woman's toes could have such strength; perhaps Rachael could have saved Gina, she thought, but then realized the foolishness of that. Jenny still held the impaled Rachael at arms length and prayed that Rachael would give out before the strength in her arms did. And sure enough, Rachael's flailing was in fact shredding her heart. Blood dripped onto Jenny from her mouth and chest and suddenly she just stopped. Jenny felt Rachael's toes stop pushing at her just as her arms gave out. Rachael fell forward. Jenny felt Rachael's nipple press against her own and Rachae'ls bloody mouth kissed her lips. The mad look remained in Rachael's open eyes.
